As part of our Rent Guarantee Program, landlords are protected for up to 12 months of rental income or $60,000, whichever comes first. This coverage ensures you’re not left without support in the event of a tenant default or lease violation.
🕒 When Should You Raise a Demand?
We encourage landlords to contact us immediately if:
-
A tenant misses rent payments
-
A lease violation occurs
-
You anticipate needing to initiate a claim under the Rent Guarantee
Prompt notification allows us to begin the review process right away and minimize delays in resolving your case.
