If you have purchased tenant insurance and now need to submit a claim, I kindly request that you follow the steps below.

Please log in to your SingleKey account.

Navigate to the “Tenant Insurance” tab.

Click on this button and follow the next steps mentioned on the form to continue the process.

Once you have downloaded and completed the form, please email it to RentersCAN@msimga.com along with any available supporting documents (ex., incident report, damage photos, police/fire report, etc).
