Why does the report say ID Verification is “incomplete”?

The “ID Verification: Incomplete” status appears when the applicant does not fully complete the ID verification (IDV) process during their application.

As part of the application, the IDV step includes a secure, encrypted link that redirects the applicant to upload a photo of their government-issued ID along with a selfie for identity confirmation.

If the applicant drops out of the IDV flow, fails to upload the required documents, or does not complete the process, the final report will reflect this status and indicate that ID verification is incomplete.

Please note: The report will still be generated regardless of whether ID verification is completed, as this does not prevent the overall report from being generated.
