What’s the difference between “Tenant Invite” and “Enter Tenant Info”?

Who fills out the application? The tenant fills it out after receiving an email invitation. The landlord (you) enters all the tenant’s information manually.
Consent Form Tenant provides consent directly during the application process. Landlord must upload a signed consent form manually.
Required Information Collected directly from the tenant (name, DOB, ID, income, etc.). Must be entered manually by landlord: full name, DOB, address, etc.
Supporting Documents Tenant uploads them directly (ID, income proof, references, etc.).  Landlord uploads consent document.

Customization Options Can require specific fields like income, ID, or references.
Best For Landlords who prefer a hands-off approach and want the tenant to complete the form. Landlords who already have tenant info and consent.
