Understanding Report Archiving at SingleKey: What You Need to Know

At SingleKey, we prioritize data privacy and compliance with credit bureau regulations. As part of these standards, all tenant screening reports are automatically archived from a landlord’s account 60 days after they are completed.

Why Reports Are Archived

This process ensures we remain compliant with data handling requirements set by the credit bureau. After 60 days, the report will no longer be accessible through your dashboard. However, it’s important to note that each report is backdated to the original date it was generated, preserving the integrity of the applicant’s information at the time of screening.

Need to Access an Archived Report?

We’re here to help. If you need to retrieve a previous report that has been archived, simply contact our team at info@singlekey.com.

To assist you efficiently, please include the names of the tenants in your request. Once we verify your identity, we’ll email you a copy of the report.

By maintaining strict data policies and offering prompt support, SingleKey ensures you stay informed and compliant while managing your rental properties with confidence.
