I’m a Landlord and Can’t Access the Report – What Should I Do?

Checklist to Access Your Report:

  1. Is your profile completed?
    Ensure all required fields in your landlord profile are filled out.

  2. Is your account verified?
    Have you completed the verification process? Verification is necessary to access reports for security and compliance reasons.

  3. Has the payment been completed?
    Make sure the payment has been successfully processed. You will not be able to view the report until payment is confirmed.

  4. Has enough time passed?
    Reports may take up to five minutes to generate after the screening is initiated. Please give it a few moments.
