How to Sign Up for Rent Credit (In 5 Simple Steps)

Getting started with Rent Credit is fast, easy, and doesn’t require your landlord’s permission. Here’s what the sign-up process looks like:

Step 1: Visit the Landing PageGo to singlekey.com/rent-credit and click “Get Started”.

Step 2: If you have not created an account, please enter your Email ID and password to create an account. If you have a registered account, log in and click on “Start Free Trial”.

Enter Your Rental Unit Information. Please enter your rental address so we can identify the correct property for which you’re reporting payments.

Step 3: Add Lease Details.

Include your:

• Lease start date

• Monthly rent amount

• Payment due date

• Optional: upload a lease document for quicker verification

Step 4: Choose a Payment Plan

You can pick between:

• Monthly Plan: $7.99/month

• Annual Plan: $76.80/year (just $6.40/month – save 20%)

Both plans include all rent reporting features. You’ll enter your payment method to start your trial and won’t be charged until the free trial ends.

Step 5: Accept Terms & Conditions. Review the Rent Credit Terms and Conditions before submitting.

Once done, you’ll be redirected to your dashboard, where you can start uploading proof of rent payments!
