If you’re wondering how quickly you can access a tenant or landlord report after submitting an application, the process is designed to be swift and seamless.
Once the account setup is complete and the applicant has filled out and submitted all the required information, it typically takes about 5 minutes for the report to be generated. As soon as the report is ready, it becomes available for viewing directly in your profile.
To ensure you don’t miss it, an email notification will be sent to the account holder confirming that the report is ready to view. Simply log in to your profile to access the results.
If, for any reason, you haven’t received the report within 5 to 10 minutes, we recommend following this to “Haven’t Received the Report Yet?” check the status and ensure there are no delays.
