How Do I View My Date of Deposit for Rent Collection?

If you’re using SingleKey’s Rent Collection platform, it’s easy to track when your rent payments are expected to be deposited. Follow the steps below to view your Estimated Date of Deposit:

Steps to View Your Deposit Date:

1. Log in to Your SingleKey Account
   Visit www.singlekey.com and sign in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to Rent Collection
   Once logged in, click on the “Rent Collection” tab located on the top toolbar.

3. Select the Tenant’s Contract
   Choose the relevant tenant from your active Rent Collection contracts.

4. View Transaction History
   Under the tenant’s profile, you’ll find the transaction history section. Here, you can view details of all past and current rent payments.

5. Find the “Estimated Date of Deposit”
   For each month, you will see the “Estimated Date of Deposit” listed next to the corresponding transaction. This gives you a projected date when the funds will be deposited into your bank account.
