How Do I Request a Cancellation for Rent Guarantee?

If you no longer require coverage under the Rent Guarantee Program, cancelling is quick and easy through your SingleKey account.

To request a cancellation:

  1. Log into your SingleKey profile.

  2. Navigate to the “Rent Guarantee” section.

  3. Click on “Request Cancellation” and follow the prompts.

Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and follow up with confirmation or any additional steps required.
