Haven’t Received the Report Yet?

If you haven’t received the report within 5 to 10 minutes, this could be due to a few common issues:

  • Has your profile setup been fully completed?

  • Have you finished the verification process as part of your account setup?

  • Has the application been submitted by the tenant/landlord?

  • Has the payment for the application been processed successfully?

If all the above steps have been completed and you still don’t see the report, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
