Consent is required to run a credit check on an applicant. You will be asked to upload a consent file when entering a tenant’s information. This is usually obtained through rental application forms.
If you do not have a consent document, you can use our “Create Invite” option. This will collect consent from the tenant when they enter their information. Additionally, you could also use our “Pre-screening” tool to gather more information.
