If you previously skipped a scheduled rent payment and need to reinstate it, you can unskip and reschedule it directly from your Rent Collection dashboard, as long as it’s within the eligible window.
Steps to Unskip a Payment

Log in to your account
Sign in to your SingleKey account using your usual credentials

Go to the Rent Collection section
Click on the Rent Collection header in your main navigation. This is where all your active payment schedules are managed.

Locate the skipped payment and click “Unskip”
Find the payment that was previously skipped. Click the Unskip option to reinstate and reschedule it.

30-day window applies
You can only unskip and reschedule a payment within 30 days of the original skipped payment date. After this window has passed, the option will no longer be available.
