What happens at the end of the 12 months from signing for the Rent Guarantee?

When the Rent Guarantee program reaches the end of the 12-month term, it automatically renews to a month-to-month contract. 

After the initial lease term, the Rent Guarantee payments go month-to-month, and you can cancel any time by providing thirty (30) days’ notice. If a Landlord wishes to terminate this Agreement before the end of the initial agreement, the Landlord must provide a thirty (30) day notice of the termination and will be liable for the immediate payment of any outstanding Program fees.
