What is ID Verification?

SingleKey is driven to provide a safe platform for all of our users.

Verification!

As a part of creating an account with us, we have implemented a 2-step verification process. The verification process is mandatory for all users registering with SingleKey. This is a  2-step verification process for SingleKey users and transitioning Naborly users in place to be verified on the platform.

Given we work with sensitive financial information, we require all users of SingleKey to undergo a verification and anti-fraud process to avoid malicious activity on our platform. We have implemented a security system where every user has to go through an identity verification process before we can release any reports as they contain the tenant’s personal financial information.

How does this process work?

During this process, you will be requested to upload a picture of your government-issued photo ID and a selfie.

To complete the verification process, ensure that your computer/laptop/mobile phone has a camera. You can complete verification in two ways:

1. Scan the QR code located on the screen to access this from your phone.
2. Enter your contact number to receive the link on your phone to complete the process. (eg, +1-555-555-5555).
3. Alternatively, you can access the link on the desktop to complete the process as well.

4. Please ensure the ID is placed on a non-reflective surface and is visible.

Please see the ID example below:

Which IDs can I use?

Any government-issued Identification that has your picture on it that has not expired.

(Note: we do not accept health card as proof of ID)
