What does the status “Processing” indicate in tenant reports?

Typically, when you view the status “Processing”, it could be due to a few reasons:

The application has been submitted and is currently processing. Typically this takes about 5 minutes to complete.
In case account verification is pending.
In a few scenarios, the public record search could take longer to complete.
