The US court records system is quite fragmented, and sometimes the national database cannot provide all the information we’d like to receive.
This triggers a state-level and county-level court records search, which sometimes requires manual intervention, which is why it may take up to 4 business days to return, although we do usually see it come back quicker. In the meantime, we will provide you with a partial report showing all of the available information until it is completed. a few more days.
